New Admiral Sail Wave series unveiled
The Admiral Sail Wave series was officially unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show last month. This series is being developed together with Philippe Briand Ltd.. It will include sailing yachts from 38 up to 60 meters, all to be made of aluminium. After having entered the sailing yacht market with the Silent 76 S/Y Gigreca, The Italian Sea Group felt it was already time to move forward and go bigger, well over 30 meters. Antarctic icebergs morph into a sprawling multi-functional hub for research, transport and accommodation in one of the latest projects to come out of Zaha Hadid’s Studio at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. The 1973 superyacht Voyager
The 61.26m (201’) expedition yacht Voyager, was built by Astilleros in 1973. She underwent a major refit in 2012, and was presented for sale at this year's Monaco Yacht Show. Built as Nefertiti in 1973 in Spain, she has undergone quite a transformation since. Her aft deck swimming pool was removed, her main deck superstructure was lengthened, and a helideck was added. She offers an impressive 12 guest cabins, and her master stateroom is located aft of the bridge, where it can be reached via a private circular staircase. Source: Superyacht Times
